I generally sync it about once per day with Microsoft Outlook using the Desktop Manager through a USB connection.Today it would not sync!The PC recognized that I had plugged it in so I am assuming the USB cable is OK.The bar on top of the Desktop manager shows "Disconnected" and the bottom left corner of the Desktop Manager shows my connection as "none"If I try to sync it, a Device Connection box opens up asking for the PIN but does not allow me to type anything into the box. Hooked it up to my PC and transferred all my Address Book Contacts & Calendar to the phone using Desktop Manager.Next day I got the activation code from my company and put it in and hey presto I was getting emails.
